Phenotypic Test object

  • id: unique identifier for this phenotypic test
  • phenotypic_test: name of the phenotypic test
  • yeselim: list of codes that this phenotypic test eliminates if this test is marked YES.
  • noelim: list of codes that this phenotypic test eliminates if this test is marked NO.
  • yesconflict: list of codes that this phenotypic test conflicts with if this test is marked YES.
  • description: description of the phenotypic test
