The Identify request of bacteria returns filtered lists of taxa relevant to the selected phenotypic characteristics that were passed as a request. The list is ranked by organism occurrence and likelihood of individual test results (Bayesian analysis). Here's the format of the phenotypic characteristics passed in as part of the request: > /microbiology/bacteria/identify?{code}=1|2&{code}=1|2... // 1 = yes and 2 = no.
